The Trail was born from the evolution of the previous aircrafts of the Nando Groppo Company. It’s a tandem taildragger, developed for those who are searching for functionality and extreme strength. The structure is entirely made of metal, with a steel central frame and the fuselage, the wings and the empennage made with aeronautical aluminium. Due to a simple and practical wing folding system, this aircraft can be easily stored or transported. The design is classic, but with innovative features. The performance and stable flying qualities, always transmit a high degree of confidence to pilots. The taildragger configuration and the particular wing profile allow landings on short, rough fields, making the Trail suitable for mountains and to those who want a STOL aircraft. In addition the cruising speed and the tanks capacity (100 lt) allow long distance flights. The interior is practical but always comfortable due to the ergonomic design. Thanks to the multiple engine installations and the companies ability to personally follow each customer, the Trail is an aircraft highly customisable that is able to satisfy even the most demanding pilots.

As the Trail is supplied as a kit, you are able to ‘spec up’ the aircraft by upgrading the components of the aircraft prior to assembly.
